Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before your alotted reservation time to sign a waiver and watch a training video. These precautions are to ensure the safety of all guests and our bunnies on site.
Shoes and all other personal belongings should be stored in our lockers. Please wear the provided Bunny Cafe SF socks before entering the Lounge.
Bun-bassadors will monitor guests in the Bunny Lounge to ensure the safety and well-being of each guest and our bunnies. They will also notify you 5 minutes before your reservation time slot expires. Please respect the time for the next guests to have the same great experience as you did.
There is a 5-minute grace period for reservations, and we do not offer refunds for the reservations. Please plan accordingly.
The Bunny Lounge is separated from the cafe area of the Bunny Cafe San Francisco. It is open from 9am-1pm, then 4pm to close. Guests can reserve 30-minute time slots in the Lounge, and a maximum of 10 guests are allowed in the Bunny Lounge at a time.
Food and drink are strictly prohibited in the Bunny Lounge. We love visits from all our furry friends, but they are not allowed in the Lounge. This is for the health and safety for our rabbits, guests, and all other furry friends.
ABOUT THE BUNNY LOUNGE
Entering the Bunny Lounge requires an outstanding online reservation. Guests must be 5+ to enter. Guests ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Every guest needs their own pass to enter the Lounge, and each reservation includes souvenir Bunny Cafe San Francisco socks. A portion of Lounge entrance fees will be donated to the rescues/charities we partner with. Reservation rates are as follows:
$25 for 30 minutes / $36 for 60 minutes for guests ages 9+
$15 for 30 minutes / $22 for 60 minutes for guests under 9
Guests ages 5 and under may participate in a photo-op with a specific bunny in our V.I.B. section for a $10 entrance fee, first come first serve, no reservations required.
Note: Our booking transaction system can now handle multiple guests at a time. For larger parties, please contact us at info@bunnycafesf.com.
